What does inclusion mean? Is it the same as diversity? Whats the difference between equity and equality ? Why does all of this matter at work?  

This workshop provides a common language, framework and tools to understand how diversity and inclusiveness are essential in order for people - individually and collectively to do their best work. With a focus on the individual, this course begins with the use of self - the journey inward as a pathway to creating a climate of inclusiveness. Through a series of thought provoking experiential learning activities, participants will learn methods for building and promoting the kinds of interactions with a diversity of co-workers and customers that promote both individual and institutional success.
